Ask Wuxby anything
Ask questions and make changes in plain English, from anywhere in the app.
The assistant is available from the sidebar button, the command palette, or ⌘J anywhere in the app. Type naturally — Wuxby figures out whether you’re asking a question or describing a change.
What you can do
- Ask questions grounded in your real forecast: “Can I afford a $35k car?”, “When can I retire?”, “What’s my runway if I lose my job?”
- Add or change data: “I get paid $4,000 on the 15th”, “add my $1,200 rent”.
- Update an account: “my Wells Fargo card is 20% APR”.
- Set a goal: “save $15k for an emergency fund by next June”.
- Model a what-if: “what if rent went up to $3,200?” — saved as a scenario you can compare.
How it works
- 1Open it with ⌘J or the sidebar button.
- 2Describe what you want in a sentence or two.
- 3Review what Wuxby drafted — answers show the numbers behind them; changes are shown for you to confirm before anything is saved.
Questions are answered by the forecast engine, so the figures are real — not guesses. Nothing changes until you confirm.
